1. Provide all customers with exceptional customer service
2. Be a valuable part of an effective on-site team
3. Meet and greet customers in person and on the telephone
4. Show and rent apartments and follow up with prospects
5. Take applications and other necessary paperwork to rent or renew apartments
6. Assist residents with their questions and record service requests
7. Receive and input rents and all other fees from prospects and residents
8. Perform community inspections
10. Assist and participate in resident activities/programs
11. Polish up the model, vacant apartments and the tour route
3. Operate all office machines, printer, computer, etc.
14. Handle mail, prepare notes, letters, documents; receive and distribute packages
