Purpose |
To maintain the cleanliness of the apartment complex inside and out. |
Essential Duties |
- Provide all residents with exceptional customer service while maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
- Keep all interior common areas clean on a daily basis. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and garbage removal.
- Assist with snow removal, watering of the lawn area, weeding gardens and picking up debris around the exterior of the property.

- Previous caretaking or cleaning experience is desired
- Must possess knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs to chest height
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, pull and push
